We will perform server maintenance this week (the second and final stage of a platform-wide operating system update).

Individual sites will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes at one point during the week during the daily maintenance window (between 4am and 7am NZST). We understand that 30 minutes is a long outage, but since this is an operating system update, we are stopping site containers during the update to prevent data loss in the event of an update failure.

One of WPhost’s infrastructure providers will be performing routine maintenance to a layer of WPhost’s Cloud Platform. Sites should experience little to no visitor interruption; however, in the event that there is an interruption, a 503 error would be returned temporarily.
